Assignment for CEM

As an Engagement Manager on the Onboarding team, you will be responsible for leading and managing digital events such as Live Classes, Demo Classes, and Alumni sessions. Your main objective will be to ensure that these events are conducted smoothly and generate maximum impact in terms of attendance and overall experience.

In this role, you will be in charge of end-to-end event engagement and operations, including setting up event best practices, developing in-session value propositions, targeting potential attendees, and effectively communicating through various channels.

You will also be responsible for maximizing counselor session registrations, which will ultimately lead to conversions. To succeed in this role, you should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience with event planning and management.


Case Study: Communication Strategy for users registering on AccioJob Platform with an aim to learn Full Stack Development and get a job in tech. Problem 1: What would be an ideal approach to keep such user engaged with the product? Problem 2: How and What live sessions would help to educate users about the product? Submission could be in PDF, PPT, Video, or any other format. Aim of the assignment is to understand applicants understanding towards product, critical thinking ability to think and execute engaging ideas, and knowledge of various tools effective for improving customer engagement.
