We are looking for dynamic Data Operations Analyst to assist with operations and data analysis requirements for our projects.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be part of AccioJob’s Precourse Team, co-defining our strategy and roadmap to drive our program lines and product goals forward. You will be a key thought partner in terms of building qualitative and quantitive thinking and data in how we make decisions.
In terms of career pathways, this role can either be positioned as a Data Analyst, depending on the candidate’s career aspirations and experience. As a Data Analyst, you will be expected to have hands-on involvement in analytics projects while playing an active role in customer onboarding, program development, team engagement, and resource planning activities for the team you work with.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be:
- Resolve data gaps that impact the fulfilment of the project’s functional requirements
- Developing logical and conceptual data flow
- Communicate with enrolled users to learn their pain points and draw solutions for the same.
- Working with different departments and support to make a data-driven decision
- Work with the onboarding management, and key stakeholders, in developing detailed program requirements, conducting gap analysis, creating functional designs, and guiding the leadership through analytical data processing when needed.
- Work closely with AccioJob students on helping them get onboarded on the AccioJob platform.
Skills required to succeed in this role
Technical and behavioural Skills
- Bachelor’s degree/MBA or relevant degree preferred with 0-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Experience in creating, collecting, analyzing, and communicating business insights from data
- Experience working on metrics such as retention, churn, engagement, marketing, and product analytics
- Strong background in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
- Excellent communication skills.
