**About the Role:**
In this role, you will be part of AccioJob’s Precourse Team, co-defining our strategy and roadmap to drive our program lines and product goals forward. As a Onboarding Manager, you will be expected to have hands-on involvement in handling various channels like Email, Discord, WhatsApp while playing an active role in customer onboarding, team engagement, and resource planning activities for the team you work with.
**On a day-to-day basis, you will be:**
1. Making sure real-time that our guests receive all information regarding our product offerings.
2. Communicate with enrolled guests to learn their pain points and draw solutions for the same.
3. Become a bridge between our AccioJob and our guests.
4. Work with the onboarding management, and key stakeholders, in developing detailed program requirements and conducting gap analysis.
5. Handling guest queries, problems and guiding them in the correct direction via chats, calls, emails, and social media.
6. Ability to solve escalations from our guests and partners on various platforms.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 0-2 years of experience.
- Experience of Email campaign, WhatsApp Campaign, and Discord.
- Basic knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
