📍 *Role Overview*
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, fine-tuning, and deploying AI/ML solutions, with strong expertise in Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning algorithms.

You’ll work on developing scalable AI-driven applications, deploying models on cloud platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for real-world AI/ML projects.

📍 *Location & Work Mode*
>Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune
>Work Mode: Onsite

📍 *Internship Details*
>Internship Duration: 6 Months
>Stipend: ₹20,000 per month

📍 *Full-Time Opportunity*
>Full-Time CTC for Experienced Candidates: ₹6–7 LPA (based on current CTC and experience)
>Full-Time CTC for Interns (Post Internship): Up to ₹5 LPA
>Bond/Commitment: No bond or service agreement

📍 *Skills Required*
*-Mandatory Skills:*

>Machine Learning

📍 *Responsibilities*
>Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for text and image-based applications
>Work on NLP projects including LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), chatbots, and integration with Hugging Face models
>Develop and fine-tune computer vision models (YOLO, Stable Diffusion, CNNs)
>Implement various machine learning algorithms (regression, clustering, supervised & unsupervised learning)
>Fine-tune, train, and evaluate ML, DL, and NLP/LLM models
>Deploy models using Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps tools
>Build and maintain REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, etc.
>Utilize cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model training, deployment, and storage

📍 *Requirements*
>Experience: 1–3 years (for full-time applicants)
>Eligibility: No significant experience gaps (2–4 months acceptable, but not 1 year+)
*Educational Qualification:*

>Bachelor's or Master's degree (BCA, B.Tech, BE, M.Tech, MCA, B.Sc, etc.)
>No minimum academic percentage criteria
>Eligible Branches: Primarily CS/IT/EC; other relevant backgrounds considered
>Graduation Year: Open
>Expected Joining: Immediate or within 15–30 days

📍 *Evaluation Process*
>Mode: In-Person (Onsite at Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune)
>Process: Interview rounds (technical & HR)
