We are seeking an enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our fast-growing fintech startup. In this role, you'll transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, contributing to AI-powered decision-making for businesses.

📍 *Location & Work Mode*
>Location: Bangalore
>Work Mode: On-site (5-day workweek) with flexibility for WFH when necessary

🛠️ *Skills Required*
Core Technical:

>SQL (complex querying & data manipulation)
>Advanced Excel
>Data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio
>Statistical modeling: Regression, Clustering, Time Series Analysis
>Data cleaning & EDA using Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)

Additional (Good to Have):

>BigQuery or other Big Data databases
>Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS)
>Version control systems (Git)

>Data Analysis & Insights
>Develop and implement dashboards and reports.
>Perform EDA and extract insights from large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel.
>Support data preparation, cleaning, and integration activities.
>Apply statistical and advanced analytical techniques for business problem-solving.
>Strategic Reporting & Communication
>Translate complex analytical results into actionable business recommendations.
>Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-informed decisions.
>Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
>Technology & Innovation
>Stay abreast of trends in data science, ML, and AI.
>Contribute to the development of innovative data methodologies.
🎓 *Evaluation Process* >3 Technical Rounds (Virtual)
🎓 *Requirements*
>Educational Background:
>BCA, B.Tech, BCS, or other Computer Science-related degrees
>Experience: 0–2 years in data analysis or data science roles
