As an IMS Support Engineer, you will work closely with AESL end-users to ensure smooth product adoption, troubleshooting, training, and resolution of technical issues. You’ll be the first point of contact for users and play a key role in enhancing both the product and the user experience.

🔧 Responsibilities
Drive product adoption across Aakash branches
Conduct product training, UAT/OAT sessions, and user onboarding
Perform first-level investigation and incident resolution
Use screen sharing, calls, and tickets to support users
Coordinate with engineering, business analysis, and DBA teams
Maintain and improve SOPs, SLAs, and documentation
Manage escalations and provide timely resolutions
Suggest enhancements for better usability and performance
Participate in rotation-based support (including holidays/weekends)

Education:
BE / BTech / MCA (All branches eligible)
Minimum Academic Marks: 75% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
Graduation Year: Not restricted
Understanding of Support Roles is a must
