We’re seeking a Business Analyst Intern passionate about data-driven decision-making for a fast-paced startup environment. The role will support business insights to enhance sales, marketing, UI/UX, and overall organizational growth.

🎓 *Internship Details*
>Internship Duration: 6 Months
>Stipend:
• ₹10,000/month for the first 3 months
• ₹15,000/month for the next 3 months
>Internship Conversion: Yes, opportunity to convert to a Full-Time role
🎯 *Full-Time Opportunity (Post-Internship)*
>Designation: Business Analyst
>CTC: ₹3 LPA

>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
>Understanding of business processes and data analysis
>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps
>Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI preferred)
>High IT literacy; knowledge of web and mobile technologies
📑 *Responsibilities*
>Gather and analyze business requirements
>Conduct gap analysis, scope assessments, and propose solutions
>Support presales activities and proposal creation
>Create wireframes, feature lists, SRS, BRD, and flow diagrams
>Collaborate between technical teams and clients
>Build and maintain reporting templates and dashboards
>Conduct data analysis for marketing, sales, product, and user analytics
>Monitor marketing KPIs, performance metrics, and business insights
>Support A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation
>Develop recommendations based on data insights
>Stay updated on privacy changes (iOS 14, Android privacy policies, etc.)
>Utilize statistical techniques (Regression, Clustering, PCA)
📚 *Requirements*
>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related science degrees
>Strong foundation in analytics and business insights
>Hands-on experience with tools like Excel, Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
>Familiarity with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL)
>Experience in SaaS/start-up environments is a plus
>Comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic work cultures
>Excellent presentation and reporting abilities
